I participated in a Russian exhibition in April this year, and after returning from the exhibition, I briefly summarized my experience with this exhibition as follows:
Preparation before exhibition:
1. Company promotional materials, product quotation sheets, samples, business cards, and a list of customers who will come to their booth, laptops, calculators, staplers, pens, tape, sockets, etc. Everything is quite well prepared.
2. We have visited and inspected the Ljublino market in Russia. I found that their e-cigarette business is quite good, with several customers coming to inquire and purchase e-cigarettes in every store. Good brands selling in Russia include Elf bar, Wipo, Supsmok, UDN, etc.
Exhibition period:
1. The exhibition in Russia is not very large, with about 130 exhibitors, but the number of visitors is endless. The overall effect is good.
2. What our Russian clients have been doing is that customers who are looking outside the booth can proactively invite them to visit inside. To receive customers, business cards must be given to them, and the contact information of the other party's network should be left as much as possible. The email is the most important. If there is no email on the business card, it is necessary for the customer to write it on the business card. We are responsible for shooting and taking photos nearby.
3. People who come to the exhibition usually come for one or two days. If they have a visit to your booth on the first day, but there is not much intention, then the next day when you see them again, be sure to invite them to sit inside, take a look at the samples, and have a detailed discussion. Our Russian client has prepared some small gifts for the exhibitors.
4. Our subpar 8000puffs and k02 10000puffs are the most popular products at this exhibition. The Supbar 8000puffs are very attractive, they find it very interesting. A unique product itself will surpass a thousand words.
Post exhibition tracking:
Returning to the company, our Russian client is placing an order for the K02 model. The popularity of K02 at the exhibition is also very high, and everyone is trying out this new product.
